The Cronos roof racks have a maximum load capacity of 100 kg. However, also take into account the maximum permissible roof load of the car. This can be found in the manual of the car and should not be exceeded.

The carrier bars and carrier base are already pre-assembled, so that the roof carriers are immediately ready for use.

The aluminum version of the Cronos roof racks has a handy T-profile with a removable rubber strip. A T-profile adapter can be slid into this opening, so that you can also attach a roof box or bicycle carrier in this way. The full length of the carrying bar can be used, providing more space for mounting multiple accessories.

Good to know: only the middle part of the rubber strip needs to be removed to be able to use the T-profile. Because the outer two strips remain in place, a bridge for the airflow is formed above the T-profile, which has a favorable influence on air resistance and wind noise. Even if no roof box or bicycle carrier is attached, it is not necessary to cover the T-profile.

The Hapro Cronos roof racks can be securely locked on both sides with a key. This way your roof racks are always well protected against theft.

Attaching the Cronos roof racks is quick and easy thanks to the special integrated Allen key.

The rubber profiles on the inside of the carrier base protect the roof rails of the car against damage and also prevent the roof bars from sliding.
