Aerodynamic design

With L and M versions, there's always a suitable solution for maximum convenience. The Boxer L has a 420-liter capacity and a width of 163 cm, making it perfect for cars with a slightly wider rear. For smaller, narrower cars, or for those who don't need a larger trunk, there's the Boxer M. It has a 340-liter capacity, a width of 133 cm, and fits almost any car.

For optimal aero dynamics, and thus minimal impact on fuel consumption or range, it's important to ensure the trunk fits within the car's dimensions and aerodynamics when choosing the L or M. Choosing the right Boxer model, with a favorable aero dynamic positioning behind the car, won't result in increased fuel consumption or a reduction in the car's range.

 

Ultimate convenience thanks to the tilt function

The Boxer is equipped with a slim tilt system. This tilt function allows for direct access to the trunk without removing the Boxer. You can easily tilt the Boxer using a foot control with two-step release and a light hand movement of the trunk. This can also be done with luggage inside the Boxer.

For optimal safety, a slimme two-stage release system was chosen. This prevents the tilt mechanism from unintentionally unlocking if an obstacle is accidentally encountered while reversing.

 

Safe and reliable tow bar mounting system

Thanks to the Premium-Grip quick-release system, installing the Boxer platform is a breeze. The platform is instantly secured by pushing the lever down. The red knob provides adjustment to compensate for tow bar size tolerances, ensuring the platform is optimally and securely attached. The green accent and reference marks on the protective cover indicate whether the platform is properly secured.

The platform not only features brake lights, license plate lights, turn signals, and a reversing light, but also a fog light. The lighting, integrated into the platform, ensures good visibility during the day, in the dark, in rain, and in fog. For added convenience, the lighting modules can be folded inward for compact and secure storage.
